If you are looking for traditional Mexican food, this is the place to go. The Atmosphere was wonderful, welcoming and not to mention the great costumer service. “ Had my boyfriend pick me up some menudo today since I'm recovering from surgery and really wanted some. Man it was so good! Felt like I was back home with my Grandma. They didn't have any hominy in it though but that's totally fine with me because I prefer no or very little hominy. Just moved into a new house right by Mr. Takito so I decided to give it a try as the convenience store is my new daily stop. This is a real authentic Street taco joint just like you would find in Pleasant Grove and the food is extremely good and reasonably priced. Since this is the only authentic Street taco joint I can find in Allen I thought it was worth a five star review. ”
“ So after reading the reviews from this place, I decided to give this place a try. I’ve lived in east Allen for just a little over 3 years, and I had been driving to Plano to get my Mexican food fix. After coming here I felt like I found a Mexican treasure, the food is amazing! The gorditas took me back to that authentic Mexican street food flavor. The guisos are so good, I’m not a pork fan, but the guiso de puerco con nopales is the best. Both of my kids approved that guiso to be their favorite as well. We order beans and guiso in our gorditas. I would say if you are looking for good Mexican food, don’t look any further. ”
